Film tells about battle of brilliant scientific minds in space race of two superpowers - the USSR and the USA. In the center of an opposition of two systems which were absorbing huge resources and carrying away of many lives, two scientists: Verner fon Brown, and Sergey Korolev - the main designer, the head of the Soviet group of developers of the space program.
